Where is your tribe?

I read an article today on indigenous tribes from around the world on how they raise their young.
In this article they touched on a few subjects that the western civilization seems to be lacking, the biggest one being community.
We have all heard the saying, “It takes a village to raise a child.” right?
Even though we hear it nearly regularly, we seem to lack action with it.
I am expecting our first daughter in a few short months, & I am honestly scared.
We live in a world where parents are expected to do everything by themselves.
There is no village.
We live in a world where community is almost nonexistent.
We live in a world where people keep to themselves & that is expected.
We live in a world where if you cannot do it on your own, you’re seen as a failure or weak.
For centuries humans have lived in groups.
Where everyone helps with everything: Cooking, Cleaning, Child Care.
The whole community comes together to help support the parents & love the child.
There is no parent shaming, no shunning.
Their love has remained over the centuries.
Where has our love gone?
It has been separated by fences & mute mouths.
It has been silenced by closed windows & adverted eyes.
I refuse to bring my daughter into a world that is so isolated.
I will find my tribe, and she will be raised by the love of others.
She will know community.
